Warehouse Containers

Trafalgar Cases are the leading manufacturing of Warehouse Containers for the Removal and Storage industry in the UK. For over 25 years we have consistently manufactured to the highest quality standards and from the best quality materials available.

Heavy Duty Containers

Our Standard Heavy Duty Warehouse Containers are produced to the Removal Industry size of 2184 x 1575 x 2438mm overall (7'2" x 5'2" x 8'0") and have been designed and manufactured to be capable of stacking up to 5 high with each container carrying up to 1 tonne. These containers are produced with a one-piece, multi-laminated, 18mm Plywood base and are easily assembled using specially designed Spring Steel Klimps. Anti-Luce fasteners are fitted to the front door to ensure easy access and closure with security being provided by the use of a numbered seal or small padlock.

In an effort to utilise the full warehouse height, we are also able to offer various container heights to meet our customers specific requirements, these include:

2184 x 1575 x 1220mm overall (7'2"x 5'2" x 4'0")
2184 x 1575 x 1830mm overall (7'2" x 5'2" x 6'0")
2184 x 1575 x 2134mm overall (7'2" x 5'2" x 7'0")

Conversion Kits
We manufacture simple conversion kits to transform our Standard Heavy Duty Warehouse Container into double decked units for three-piece suites, or an Archive Container capable of storing 112 standard archive cartons, 419 x 318 x 267mm. These units can also be ordered as Suite Containers or Archive Containers.

Self Storage Containers
In addition we now offer a "Self-Storage" Container with a hinged front door that can be sealed or padlocked at the customers premises. This version is again based on the Standard Heavy Duty Warehouse Container making it completely compatible for integrating with existing storage containers.

Non Standard Sizes
Other non-standard sizes can be manufactured to order, including the 350 Cubic Foot 2083 x 2083 x 2411mm overall (6'10" x 6'10" x 7'11"), or Pickford size container.

Liftvan - Export Packing Cases

Trafalgar Cases also manufacture the industry standard size Liftvan for use on international overseas moving requirements. The size is 2235 x 1180 x 2235mm overall (88" x 46.5" x 88") and are compatible with most shipping containers.

These cases are manufactured against specific orders and are supplied in knock down form and can be kraft paper lined, if required. This case has been tested and approved in accordance with the ASTM D4169-98 transit test. All softwood used is Kiln Dried / Heat Treated and would be marked accordingly.
