Trafalgar Cases has been operating at our current Kings Langley site since 1985. Close to Junction 20 of the M25 we are ideally placed for distribution throughout the UK, although we do welcome, and supply several export customers.

We have always manufactured Quality Warehouse Containers for the Removals & Storage Industry and have now introduced a hinged door version for use in the Self-Storage market. The self-store containers are easily handled by the customer, require no special tools and can be sealed or padlocked when loaded.

We also continue to manufacture Export Packing Cases in Softwood, Plywood and other sheet materials, as required, to the individual needs of our customers. In addition, we have increasingly moved into the manufacture and supply of specialised, custom-designed, precision transit solutions, delivered on a just-in-time basis.

We became part of the CTH Group in 2004 and have since invested in CNC Machining centres and other specialised equipment. Computer optimization means very little waste but the little that we do produce is chipped, mixed with the sawdust and incinerated on site to heat the factory and offices.
